- 4 Pounds Ground Beef
- 2 Teaspoons Butter
- 4 Large Chopped White Onion
- 4 Large Chopped Green Bell Peppers
- 2 Habanero Pepper
- 6 (15oz.) Canned Beans - Kidney
- 6 (15oz.) Canned Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon and 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 4 Drops Hot Sauce

| Directions |
In a large stock pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until brown. Drain grease and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the onions, green pepper, and habanero pepper until onions are translucent. Remove from heat. Transfer the onion mixture to the pot with the ground beef. Set the heat to medium.
Add the kidney beans and tomato sauce to the beef mixture. Season with chili powder, salt, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a simmer and adjust seasonings.
Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour.
